 1.⁠ ⁠General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all vehicle sales, deposits, and related services provided by Prime Rides Used Cars (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
1.2 By purchasing or reserving a vehicle from Prime Rides Used Cars, the buyer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 Prime Rides reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be made available upon request or on our official platforms.

 2.⁠ ⁠Vehicle Condition and Inspection

2.1 All vehicles are pre-owned and sold on an “as-is” basis, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.2 Customers are encouraged to inspect and test drive the vehicle prior to purchase.
2.3 The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all vehicle information, including mileage, specifications, and features. However, Prime Rides is not liable for minor or major discrepancies.
2.4 Independent inspection by third-party agencies (e.g., RTA-approved testing centers) may be arranged at the Customer’s expense.

 3.⁠ ⁠Pricing and Payment

3.1 All vehicle prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of registration, insurance, and transfer fees unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, or approved finance options.
3.3 A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. The deposit amount and duration of reservation will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
3.4 Full payment must be completed prior to vehicle release or transfer of ownership.

 4.⁠ ⁠Ownership Transfer

4.1 Vehicle ownership will only be transferred after full payment and completion of all required RTA documentation.
4.2 The Customer must provide all necessary identification and documents required by UAE laws for registration and transfer.
4.3 The Company may assist with the registration process, but final responsibility lies with the Customer to ensure compliance with Dubai RTA regulations.

 5.⁠ ⁠Warranty and Liability

5.1 Unless explicitly stated in writing, no warranty is provided on used vehicles.
5.2 Any third-party warranty or service contract offered is subject to separate terms provided by the issuing company.
5.3 Prime Rides shall not be held liable for any indirect loss, damage, or mechanical failure occurring after the vehicle has been delivered to the Customer.
5.4 The Customer acknowledges that used vehicles may have wear and tear consistent with their age and mileage.

 6.⁠ ⁠Vehicle Returns and Cancellations

6.1 Once the sale is completed and ownership transferred, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
6.2 If a Customer cancels a booking prior to full payment, the deposit amount will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3 Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by an authorized Prime Rides representative.

 7.⁠ ⁠Finance and Insurance Assistance

7.1 Prime Rides may facilitate finance and insurance options through approved third-party providers.
7.2 Approval for finance or insurance is at the sole discretion of the provider, and Prime Rides assumes no responsibility for approval outcomes or terms of such agreements.

 8.⁠ ⁠Data Protection and Privacy

8.1 Prime Rides collects and processes Customer data in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
8.2 Customer data will only be used for transaction processing, legal compliance, and communication related to services.
8.3 Prime Rides will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

 9.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

9.1 Prime Rides’ total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle.
9.2 The Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of income, time, or use of the vehicle.

10.⁠ ⁠Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
